The Industry Problem
Most commercial menstrual and cycle tracking applications monetize sensitive personal telemetry. Many share cycle dates and behavioral data with third-party analytics and ad brokers, while locking basic prediction features behind monthly subscription paywalls.
Furthermore, typical applications are filled with intrusive advertisements, cluttering what should be a peaceful, private, and emotionally supportive daily utility.
The LUNA Solution
LUNA was conceived as an engineering proof-of-concept for an offline-first mobile sanctuary. By embedding an Isar database locally on the user's phone, sensitive logs remain physically on the user's device by default.
Developed with Flutter, it offers high-fidelity 60fps animations, intuitive one-hand usability, empathetic copy, and zero subscription paywalls or invasive monetization SDKs.
